Safe Routes to School Poster Contest!
What is your favorite thing about walking or biking to school?
How can you encourage your friends and family to walk or bike to school safely with you?
This poster should creatively illustrate walking, biking, scootering or skateboarding safely and include one of the following phrases:
Be Safe!
Get Fit!
Be Green!
Be Social!
Get Outdoors!
Have Fun!
Contest Rules
Posters should measure 8.5 x 11” and can be on poster board or paper. Posters must be in landscape (horizontal) orientation. Posters must be original, handmade artwork of the student.
Any media may be used, but the artwork must be flat (no 3-D). Suggested materials are crayons, colored pencils, markers or paint. Photographs and computer generated art may be incorporated into the poster but cannot be the only media used.
Teachers: Please return completed posters to the art department no later than:
November 4, 2013
